A message dated May 21, 2013, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 129(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to approval for oil and gas or gas only                                                                   
     exploration and development in a geographical area; and
